As it seems that our cat, Chatu, has become more adored than us or the refuge, we thought to give a few updates on his latest adventures.
Always keen for an outing, Chatu tagged along on a hike up to Punta Telcio (2833m), sometimes blindly leading the way or otherwise following behind us along the 7B track which winds itself amongst some small lakes (inclusive of lago Blue and lago Verde), across rocky terrain before following a crest to the peak where the track terminates, giving an amazing view of the valley, river and glaciers.
