YOGA
Our dedicated yoga shala is equipped with all what you may need (mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets) and is available for use free of charge to our guests.
It is ideal for warm-up and cool-down exercises before and after skiing/hiking.

We have a 500hr Yoga Alliance teacher available for private or group lessons for all ability ranges, even those who have never practiced before.

Lesson bookings can be made via email or directly with reception here at the hut.

Mountain yoga retreats are also available with options of multiple classes each day.

We recommend booking the yoga retreats in advance to ensure that we can cater to your needs in the best possible way.

Our teachers are also available for lessons of pranayama (yogic breathing technique) and kriya techniques.

The lessons are either in english or italian.
